- Cup Characteristics: Malty with a jammy like flavour best describes this premium tea. Infusion: Copper-coloured.
- Darjeeling Gives a warm and glowing start to the day but can be drunk at any time this one even late at night. The genus of the Darjeeling tea bush is the Chinese Jat, which gives it the distinctive muscatel character.
- Ingredients: Premium black tea. CO2 Decaffeinated to retain the flavour. Country of Origin: India, Darjeeling.
- Hot Tea Brewing Method: Place 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (and add 1 teaspoon for the pot) into your teapot (for a more intense flavour, add a bit more tea). Pour boiling water into the pot and let it steep for about 3 - 5 minutes. Pour into your cup and enjoy. Alternatively, put the tea in a tea infuser and brew right in your cup. Add milk and sugar to taste. Iced Tea: Make as for hot, but add more tea. Doubling the amount is the standard recommendation. When the tea has cooled, pour over ice.
