DMP 1128 Wireless Glassbreak Detector

The DMP 1128 Wireless Glassbreak Detector is a cutting-edge solution for comprehensive security coverage. Featuring fully-supervised, low current shock and glassbreak sensors, it offers detection up to 20 ft from framed glass mounted in exterior walls. Its versatility allows for mounting on the ceiling or opposing walls, ensuring maximum coverage. Powered by a supplied 3V lithium battery, it promises long-lasting functionality. Compatibility is seamless with all DMP 1100 Series Wireless Receivers, and enhanced features such as Glassbreak Walk Test are available on 1128 Version 2.0.0.1 and higher, alongside XT/XR Series Version 191 and above. Included in the package are the 1128 Wireless Glassbreak Detector, a 3V lithium CR123A battery, and a comprehensive hardware pack for easy installation.

Return and Replacement

We accept returns that are requested within 30 days of receipt of the product(s). Please contact us before opening a return. Our customer service is available 7 days a week and can be contacted through eBay messaging. We strive for excellence and will do the best within our ability to solve any issues regarding your purchase.

If you receive a product that's missing parts or accessories or is not in the condition you are expecting; please contact us for a replacement.

If you receive a product that was damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll help you with filing a claim and guide you through the return/refund process.

What you need to know about the return:

Please keep all the contents of the box in the original packaging. We must receive the product along with all accessories to issue you a full refund.

If a product needs to be returned because of shipping damages, please provide photos of the boxes the product arrived in as well as damages to the product to get a full refund.

A product that's returned to us without the original packaging will be charged a restoking fee. This is not applicable to those who received a damaged package.

A product that has returned without the original accessories will be refunded based on the product condition.

A product that has been used and returned will be refunded based on product condition.

Please provide us with the shipping tracking numbers after shipping out a return to get the refund within the same day we receive your returned products.
