Heliocare Capsules Oral 60 pcs

Heliocare Capsules Oral, a dietary supplement for daily sun protection of the skin. Heliocare Oral should always be combined with Heliocare sun protection products with active ingredients: 240 mg PLE. 1.6 mg beta-carotene. 50 mg of green tea. Recommended after a peeling or laser treatment.

Up to 30kg body weight,
take 1 capsule daily about 30 minutes before sun exposure.

If you are going to stay in the sun for a long time, take a second capsule approx. 4 hours later.

Up to a body weight of 70kg,
take 2 capsules and, in the case of a longer stay in the sun, another 2 capsules approx. 4 hours later.

If you weigh over 70kg,
take 3 capsules, and if you stay longer, take 3 capsules approx. 4 hours later.

Dosage:
One capsule contains 240 mg PLE. The dosage is 7.5 mg per kg of body weight. A maximum of three capsules are taken per day.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place.
