We are a small family owned business trying to keep up with the largest global parts shortage we have seen in our 38 years of business. We are never attempting to deceive by saying we have an item in stock. Sometimes our vendors just don't have all the parts available to build something that we normally drop ship and unfortunately we cannot keep up with all of our vendors inventory at all times. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with a 20% restocking fee on all items and all parts must be included. If you receive a defective item there is no restocking fee to exchange.
