- Organic argan oil cold pressed and unroasted: 100% pure, virgin 500 ml organic argan oil made from organic argan seeds, cold pressed from the first pressing in a light-protected bottle. Our company is certified organic for the production of oils. Control point number of the responsible eco-control authority: DE-ÖKO-064
- Valuable ingredients: the ingredients of argan oil are unique. It is rich in saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. Therefore, it is a must for anyone looking for a healthier alternative to conventional vegetable oils or a vegan butter substitute for baking.
- Why native? : With the addition "native" are labelled oils that are cold-pressed from natural seeds. This is the most gentle type of pressing, in which the outlet temperature for nut and seed oils must not exceed 60 °C. Even prior roasting of the seeds or treatment with water vapour (deodorisation) is not allowed with native oils according to quality guidelines. In addition, the oil must not be re-treated except filtration.
- Food oil for healthy kitchen: compared to roasted argan oil, virgin argan oil is very mild in taste and therefore very versatile as a cooking oil. It is suitable for salads, vegetable as well as fish and meat dishes. It also adds a special touch to desserts. When cooking and frying, the cold-pressed organic argan oil should not be heated too much. We recommend low to medium temperatures or the addition after cooking or roasting.
