Metamucil Fibrecaps 160

Each capsule contains 525mg of psyllium husk powder.

Adults 12yrs and over:
To supplement daily fibre intake 2 - 6 capsules.
To help restore and maintain regularity 6 capsules.

Take with at least 250ml of liquid (swallow one capsule at a time).

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or oesophagus and may cause choking.
• Take two hours before or after ingesting any medication to minimize any effect on drug absorption.
• Before using this product, consult a doctor if you have a sudden change in bowel habits persisting for 2 weeks, or have abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or rectal bleeding.
• May cause allergic reaction in people sensitve to inhaled or ingested psyllium.
• If constipation persists beyond 7 days, consult a doctor.
