Paradise (5) Paradise Tropical Iced Tea 1oz Filter Bags NEW

I ordered tgis Paradise tea, when it came to me, inopened the box and the product inside did NOT have proper tags or name on it. I did not open the package inside the box, instead I emailed UnderYours to return the product. They refused to take my return, even when the product was not opened. The refund/return policy they have states 30 days return/refund policy for unopened products. I've emailed them and corresponded with a CSR named Kyle. He stated that consumables are not returnable. I looked at their return policy again in their website, nowhere in their policy stated that. These product are sealed in a foil and sealed again in a plastic bag and have not been open. Again...these product they sent me have NO Name ot Tag to it. I can for I know getting something else. And they won't take it for return/refund.
This company UnderYours does not adhere to their own return/refund policy they have.
I will never order from them.
I suggest you guys don't buy from them as well.
