I have a 34 waist and ordered a large I had to return them to get a medium. This jockstrap is breathable. I think it is one of the sexiest jockstraps I have ever owned. It fits perfect. But I love the double straps it is so nice no matter what position you are in, it gives the top so much more to grab onto allowing him to grip and thrust you harder.....
