What is Your Return Policy?

  • Our store offers a satisfaction guarantee. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them, give you a store credit, or refund the money of the goods only. Our policy lasts 30 days. Do you have Size Charts?

  • Please refer to the product page as most of the size charts are included with the images of the products. Click Here for a general size chart.

When Will My Order Ship?

  • We will normally process and ship all orders within 24 hours. However If you place an order on Friday or during the weekend, we will process it on the next business day (Monday). Click Here for full details.

Do you Ship Internationally?

  • Yes we do. Keep in mind shipments outside of the United States may be subject to Customs clearance charges or import duty. UnderYours does not set these charges and cannot control whether your package will be subject to such fees, which are determined by the authorities in the destination country. Click Here for full details.

Do you Ship Discreetly?

  • Yes. Items in the US are shipped in plain non descriptive packaging with name and address on the shipping label.. Only International orders require the product and value be listed on the shipping label for customs and duty purposes.
